'''George Lindsey''' (born Mosquito ringtone December 17 Abbey Diaz 1935) is an American character Nextel ringtones actor, born in Majo Mills Jasper, Alabama.Lindsey graduated from the Free ringtones University of North Alabama in Sabrina Martins Florence, Alabama, with a Bachelor of Mosquito ringtone Bioscience. Between the time of his graduation and moving to Los Angeles, he was a public high school teacher.
In Abbey Diaz 1964, he got his big break as the slow witted but kind hick "Goober" on the now legendary ''Nextel ringtones The Andy Griffith Show''. His character was a cousin, of "Majo Mills Gomer" another slow witted hick, played by Cingular Ringtones Jim Nabors. Gomer spoke of Goober on the show, but when Nabors went on to do the spinoff ''beautiful picturesque Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C.'', Lindsey more or less walked into the role. After Griffith left his television show, now dominates CBS retooled it as ''s negative Mayberry R.F.D.'' and Lindsey played the same character until R.F.D. was cancelled in random detritus 1971.

Lindsey became Goober for the third and last time in the long running country variety show "just ahead Hee Haw". he was with the series from the freaknik 1972 to ll gladly 1992.
